It was another successful Family Literacy Festival at the Old Town Newhall Library, thanks in part to our volunteers who helped in a variety of ways. Volunteers assisted with set-up and clean-up, engaged attendees at activity booths, and guided the popular characters around the festivities — all in an effort to encourage a love for reading and promote literacy.
