More than 300 volunteers helped to make the Cowboy Festival a success this past weekend. From greeting Festival attendees at the Shuttle Site and as they enter Hart Park to helping with the activity booths, emceeing at the different stages, assisting staff at the Information and Merchandise Booths, and getting food orders for merchandise vendors, our volunteers provided excellent customer service and represented the City well. Their contributions and service-with-a-smile did not go unnoticed, as expressed in the comments below:

“All of the volunteers greeted you with the biggest smiles! All of the volunteers working the game areas were the absolute sweetest to our children! From the bull operator to the woman working at the old town houses. They had the most welcoming smiles and were very, very patient with our four year old!”

“Thank you to all those that worked so hard to put this on and to all of those who volunteered their time to be so kind and welcoming! This was a true pleasure, and makes us very proud to be apart [sic] of our Awesome Town!!!”

“During the Festival, your young food runners were just wonderful. What a nice bunch of kids.  They were very efficient (they wanted us to eat about once an hour it seemed). J  We couldn’t have asked for better service.”
